By accessing and using Calyrosventhia financial planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

Payment Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all payments for our financial planning services

• Subscription Fees: Monthly subscription of RM 250 (inclusive of applicable taxes) charged in advance
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, online banking, and approved electronic payment methods
• Billing Cycle: Payments are processed monthly on your subscription anniversary date

Service Disclaimers

Important limitations and disclaimers regarding our financial planning services

Limitation of Liability

Calyrosventhia's liability for any claims arising from use of our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim

In no event shall our total liability exceed the equivalent of three months' subscription fees

Dispute Resolution

For resolving disputes, we participate in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty days' written notice

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, though certain provisions of these terms shall survive termination

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts

Terms Modification

We may modify these terms periodically, with significant changes communicated at least thirty days in advance

Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of revised terms

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitute the complete agreement between you and Calyrosventhia
